1. Purpose

Letlilo Property Management Ltd. ("the Company") is committed to conducting its business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the highest standards of ethical conduct. This Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy is established to prevent, detect, and address bribery and corruption within the organisation and its associated parties.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, contractors, agency staff, consultants, agents, business partners, and any other individuals or entities acting on behalf of Letlilo Property Management Ltd., regardless of location.

3. Policy Statement

Letlilo Property Management Ltd. strictly prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting of any financial or other advantage intended to induce or reward the improper performance of a function or activity.

Bribery, whether direct or indirect, is strictly forbidden. The Company operates a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all its forms.

This policy is in full compliance with the Bribery Act 2010 and all other relevant UK legislation.

4. Gifts and Hospitality

Gifts, hospitality, or promotional expenditure offered or received must be reasonable, proportionate, and transparently recorded.

Gifts or hospitality must never be offered or accepted if they could improperly influence, or appear to influence, a business decision or relationship.

5. Facilitation Payments and Kickbacks

The Company does not make, and will not accept, facilitation payments or "kickbacks" of any kind.

Facilitation payments are unofficial payments made to secure or expedite routine government actions. These are strictly prohibited.

6. Responsibilities

All individuals covered by this policy are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with its terms.

Managers and leaders within the Company have a particular duty to ensure that those reporting to them are aware of and comply with this policy.

7. Reporting Concerns

Employees and third parties are required to report any concerns related to potential or actual bribery or corruption immediately to the management team.

Reports will be treated confidentially and without fear of detrimental treatment.

8. Breach of Policy

Any individual who breaches this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include dismissal, termination of contract, and/or legal proceedings.

Letlilo Property Management Ltd. reserves the right to terminate its contractual relationship with any third party if they are found to have violated this policy.

9. Record-Keeping

Accurate records must be maintained to demonstrate compliance with this policy. All gifts, hospitality, and payments made or received must be properly documented.

10. Review

This policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
